Mailing service is available to Western Australian residents only. You may acquire your visa by sending a mail package inclusive of the following to VISA OFFICE, CHINESE CONSULATE GENERAL, PO BOX 6831, EAST PERTH, WA 6892.

1.Your passport, a completed form and a photo attached;

2.Self-addressed and pre-paid return envelop, better not use two way envelop;

3.Payment only by money order or company/bank cheque, with the amount of visa fee plus A$10 mail handling fee;.

4. 5.The title on money order or company/bank cheque should be "Chinese Consulate in Perth".

6. Supporting paperworks relative to your purpose of journey.

Please be noticed:

1. Leave all your phone numbers which we can go through.

2.  The mail handling fee which is paid to the Consulate is just for the handling of your mail application, not the postage of the returned mail.

3. If you do not pay enough visa fee and mail handling fee, your application will be delayed or rejected.We will not responsible for any delay or costs incurred by change of your planned trips due to longer-than-expected processing time of your mail-in visa application.

5. It occurred recently that some mail package or passport/documents were lost or delayed deliverance by the post office.  Please think it over when you send your passport to the Consulate or request the Consulate to post it back by post office. the Consulate will  take no responsibilities for the passport loss or damage due to mishandling by mail services, or for the postponement of travel . For the safety of the documents and the rights of yourself, we advise you to come to the Consulate in person to submit visa application and collect your passport.
