It occurred recently that some mail package or passport/documents were lost or delayed deliverance by the post office.For the safety of the documents and the rights of yourself, we advise you to come to the Consulate in person to submit visa application and collect your passport. The Consulate will take no responsibilities for the passport loss due to mishandling by mail services, or for the postponement of your travel. Please think it over when you send your passport to the Consulate or request the Consulate to post it back by post office.
